In April 2019, The Simon Konover Company refreshed their current space with a full construction renovation consisting of private offices, workstations, café, conference rooms, training rooms and a private suite. OFI partnered with Svigals + Partners architect and design firm, and worked together to select the perfect furniture to outfit the space and allow natural to filter throughout. A casual conversation led to selections and bypassed the issuing of a formal RFP. OFI worked closely with the general contractor and installation occurred in 1 phase over a 2 week time frame. The project included furniture from multiple manufacturers including Herman Miller, Naughtone and National Office Furniture.
