In February 2021, ADNET Technologies, an IT company with headquarters in Rocky Hill, CT, reached out to OFI to furnish their new hybrid space in Albany, NY. Conference and huddle rooms, lobby and workstations were specified, ordered and installed in a 6 week timeframe. The 1,000 square foot space supports about 40 employees with a rotation schedule; all workstations are unassigned. Furniture from Herman Miller, National Office Furniture, SitOnIt Seating, Unika Vaev and 9to5 Seating outfit the space.
