CJR 25th Anniversary Golf Event - A Huge Success!

The 25th Annual CJR Invitational held on June 21, 2021 brought friends, guests and donors to Torrington Country Club in support of children, youth and families throughout Connecticut. The Connecticut Junior Republic (CJR) has helped thousands of young people go on to lead productive and fulfilled lives by providing the care, treatment and educational services necessary for growth and change to occur. Celebrity guest, ESPN SportsCenter Anchor, Michael Eaves was among the players supporting this remarkable organization. Greg Oneglia, Vice Chairman at O&G Industries, Inc. was also honored at the event for his continued dedication to the organization.

"I have never been so proud as I was standing at the podium Monday night announcing to our gathered friends and guests and donors that we had raised a record-breaking $229,000 AND a Grand Total of over $1.7M!! What an achievement! What an inspiration! How incredibly fortunate to all those benefitting from CJR’s services. I commend all of you for your generosity of time and commitment to this cause.
