IIDA NE Thanks for Giving: Gift Drive & Trivia Night

It is that time of year again when we start thinking about the holidays and those in need, which are more this year than ever!

Join the members of the interior design community for our first ever IIDA Hartford City Center Thanks-for-Giving Trivia Night.

November 9, 2020

In lieu of the IIDA Holiday Gala and gift drive this year, there will be a virtual get together (Trivia Night details below) to celebrate all we are thankful for and to raise money for Covenant to Care for Children. Start off the holiday season with your fellow designers and design professionals by trying your luck at trivia to win some fabulous prizes, all while helping out a great charity!

We knew collecting gifts would be extra challenging this year but wanted to make sure all the children in foster care still get something special for Christmas! Throughout the month of November IIDA will be collecting $25 gift cards from Amazon, Walmart, and Target in place of physical gifts. Covenant to Care for Children will use these gift cards to purchase gifts for children throughout the state of Connecticut to bring them some holiday cheer. While we’ll miss seeing all those beautifully wrapped gifts piled up, we’re happy we can still help those in need this holiday season. For any additional questions please send an email to mmendes@slamcoll.com.
