OFI has been operating for over 50 years in Newington, CT. In 2008, we moved our headquarters to Newington Center, where the building was formerly known as a First National grocery store, Northeast Utilities and Marshalls, to be in the heart of our community and close to amenities and restaurants. The building was renovated to LEED standards with cut in windows to allow natural light to diffuse throughout the space. With our recent Living Office renovation, our office hosts an open concept floor plan with multiple areas for collaboration and multiple settings for employees to work in throughout the day.
