Nestled in the heart of Newington Center, our 21,000 square-foot office has a unique background, originally built in 1960 as a grocery store with a basement elevator for stocking. It then served the community as Siemens' retail space and later transformed into Yankee Gas' corporate office. Situated near the Library, Police Department, and City Hall, our Newington office enjoys close access to major ramps and routes to Hartford and New Haven.
The space itself has undergone a thoughtful renovation, featuring a variety of working environments, including training rooms, a kitchen, café, living room, private havens, conference rooms, media centers, and teamwork areas. The recent update to the entire perimeter, introducing large windows to let in natural light, enhances the vibrant and inviting atmosphere that provides a creative and inspiring space for our team, local designers, and our clients.
